Dr. Chelsea St. Julien is an accomplished educational consultant, instructional strategist, and author with 18 years of dedicated experience transforming the scholastic landscape. As a specialized expert in professional development, curriculum creation, and special education advocacy, Dr. St. Julien has spent her career empowering educators and designing high-impact instructional solutions.

Her diverse leadership background spans impactful roles within Pasadena ISD, Houston ISD, and Humble ISD, where she served as a classroom teacher for ten years, a Reading Instructional Support Administrator for two years, a district Dyslexia Services Leader for four years, and a Special Populations Coordinator for CCMR (College, Career, and Military Readiness) for one year. Today, as the founder of C. St. Julien Ed Solutions, she delivers comprehensive, tailored consulting to help academic institutions, teachers, and students thrive.

Dr. St. Julien’s extensive expertise is built on a rich academic foundation. She is a proud three-time graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, a Master's degree in Community Development & Planning, and a Master's degree in Education Administration. Furthering her dedication to academic excellence, she also holds a Doctorate in Education from the esteemed Houston Christian University.

A native Houstonian, Dr. St. Julien operates her consulting practice within the vibrant Houston community and surrounding areas. She is happily married to her husband and is the proud mother of four children—a daughter and three sons—whose growth and potential inspire her deep commitment to future generations of learners.
