In recognition of her exceptional classroom impact and proven student outcomes, Jessica earned the prestigious Exemplary Designation through the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program.
Currently an Algebra I educator at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, she specializes in demystifying complex concepts, building student confidence, and fostering engaging, supportive learning environments where every student can thrive in mathematics.

Ms. Livingston is an experienced educator with seven years of dedicated service in public education, specializing for the past five years in dyslexia services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Prairie View A&M University and possesses specialized training in evidence-based literacy programs, including Region 4’s Reading By Design and the Neuhaus Education Center’s Basic Language Skills 1 curricula. Committed to advanced clinical excellence and data-driven reading intervention, Ms. Livingston is currently pursuing her credential as a Certified Academic Language Practitioner (CALP) to further empower students with dyslexia to achieve lasting academic success. Ms. Livingston is a proud graduate of Prairie View A & M University and loves to teach scholars reading foundational skills.
